Educated in San Francisco California, Maria received an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She relocated to Montreal in 1985 where she started her profession with a Retail Design firm.

Since 1993 Maria was associated with 3 major North American retailers, being responsible for store design, project management, construction, and store openings. During this time, two major projects were nominated for "Store of the Year" by the International Shopping Centre Association, as well as an award for "Retail Business of the Week" by Creativity of Montreal for the design and architechture.

In 2007 she continued her career with a Toronto based retail design firm as an account director. She was responsible for the Quebec based clients managing the store design and project management. Due to her networking and resources, the client base quadrupled over a short period of two years.

This relevant experience allows Maria to understand retailers requirements from an inside perspective. Maria has always been extremely dedicated, professional and a talented designer. She is responsible, hands on and detail-oriented. Her passion for the design and construction fields reflects in the success of her projects from beginning to end.

Since January of 2009 she offers her personalized services directly to her clients using her vast experience and network of contacts in the industry.
